The price and product is good but the customer service is terrible - I tried to call 14 times in one day and emailed mutilple times and no one got back to me. Also, an 8am - 6pm delivery with no slot is very frustrating.

Would recommend for super service

The product itself was great, delivery excellent. The only thing that let the service down was the customer service I received from the lady answering the phone. She seemed like I was too much of a hassle for her and why didn't I just do it online. Wasn't very good service.

The way it was worded should of been better put across but there was no ill intent on making you feel like you was a hassle and should of placed the order online.
